We offer one-bedroom apartment homes — all single-level ranch style, so there are no stairs and no neighbors overhead. Homes have wood vinyl plank flooring, ceiling fans and newer appliances with an overhead microwave. Renovated homes and air conditioning are available in select units.

Is Birchwood Village pet friendly?

Yes. Cats and dogs are welcome — up to two pets per apartment home, with no breed restrictions and no weight limit. There is a $350 pet fee and a $350 pet deposit per pet, plus $25–$35 in monthly pet rent. The community also has an on-site pet play area.

What utilities are included in the rent?

Utilities are bundled into your rent, and you choose which package. Base rent is $995 a month. With the standard package, every utility except electric is included and you pay $1,075 a month total, with electric in your name. How do I apply?

Fill out the online application. It goes straight to the leasing office, and we’ll follow up to schedule a tour and complete screening. You can also apply in person during office hours. Under Colorado law you have the right to provide a portable tenant screening report; if you do, we won’t charge an application fee.
