We offer one-bedroom apartment homes — all single-level ranch style, so there are no stairs and no neighbors overhead. Homes have wood vinyl plank flooring, ceiling fans and newer appliances with an overhead microwave. Renovated homes and air conditioning are available in select units.

Is Birchwood Village pet friendly?

Yes. Cats and dogs are welcome — up to two pets per apartment home, with no breed restrictions and no weight limit. There is a $350 pet fee and a $350 pet deposit per pet, plus $25–$35 in monthly pet rent. The community also has an on-site pet play area.

Does Birchwood Village accept housing vouchers?
